Oral Presentations

Oral presentations within a Working Group are of 20 minutes duration, which includes 2 to 4 minutes for questions. Invited plenary talks have been allocated 35 minutes.

Authors are required to upload their electronic presentation to the fileserver through their HB2012 SPMS account before the Workshop starts.

The computers used for the presentations will be PCs with Windows installed. Powerpoint and PDF are the supported formats for presentations.

All oral contributions to the programme will be assigned a programme code.
The file name of the talk should begin with the program code, followed by '_talk'. File extensions should be of the usual self-describing type.

MOI1A01_talk.ppt (Powerpoint) or
TUO3C02_talk.pdf (Portable Document Format).

Authors submitting Powerpoint presentations are also kindly asked to upload their talk in PDF for inclusion into the Proceedings.

Authors who are unable to upload to the server should copy the file to a memory stick and bring it to the Paper Reception Office at the Workshop venue(Meeting Room 1) at least one day before their talk.
