Registration : closed at 0:30 a.m. on August 21, 2012 in local time.
Registration for the Workshop is being directed through the HB2012 instance of the JACoW SPMS database. Delegates must have both a profile and an associated account within the JACoW Repository in order to register for the Workshop. Persons who have attended a JACoW conference since 2005, should already have a profile and account in the system. Only one account is needed for multiple conferences.

Registration Fee
The total workshop registration fee is $500 USD for regular attendees for early registration before July 17, 2012, beyond that the fee will be increased to $600 USD.

In your bank transfer, you need to refer to the name of the conference(e.g. HB2012), your full name, your registration confirmation number and the purpose of your payment(e.g. registration) and please make your money transfer payable to the following account and address:

If HB2012 receives your registration fee, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

P.S. you can get your registration confirmation number from registration receipt on the webpage “HB 2012 Abstract List” after you register successfully.

2. Check payment
Checks are accepted and received only before August 17, 2012. Please mail your check with reference to your ID number (registration number) and full name to:

We accept cash only for on-site payment.

After the registration fee is paid, please send an email to Mr. Fu at fuwq@ihep.ac.cn with your full name, registration confirmation number and the scanned copy of your receipt. Mr. Fu will send you an email for confirmation.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to Jingshi Zhao (head of secretariat) at zhaojs@ihep.ac.cn. If cancellation is received by August 17, 2012, your payment minus 100 USD for administrative costs will be refunded.
No refund after August 17, 2012.
