The Industrial Exhibition will take place from Monday 17th to Friday 21th September.

By organizing such an exhibition in parallel to the scientific program the HB2012， LOC intend to promote and stimulate interaction between the participants and vendors/companies developing advanced accelerator components in the fields of RF-technology, power supplies, magnet design, beam diagnostics, digital and analog electronics, data acquisition, computer hardware and software, optics and image processing, as well as companies vacuum technology and mechanical engineering.

For the 5 day period from 17-21 September, space will be arranged in the foyer of the Workshop venue, where poster sessions and coffee breaks will take place. Such an arrangement aims to provide vendors with the opportunity to meet with their targeted customers and to present their products and latest innovations in a prominent location.

The following package is offered:

· a 2m x 3m exhibitor booth located in the foyer of the Workshop venue from Monday to Friday
· exhibitor's logo and link to exhibitor's homepage from a dedicated HB2012 web page
· exhibitor's logo on the workshops agenda leaflet
· participation in Friday's tour/visit to IHEP (optional)
· coffee breaks, lunches and banquet for 1 person
